1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment or the required deposit as specified at the time of booking .

  • The rates include all basic amenities but may vary between season and off-season. A clear, government-approved rate list is displayed at the property .

  • Guests must provide accurate personal details during booking.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Standard Check-in: 12:00 PM onwards | Standard Check-out: 11:00 AM.

  • Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges .

3. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must present a valid, government-issued photo ID upon check-in for police verification records, which we are legally required to maintain . Foreign tourists must provide passport details .

  • Guests are responsible for the respectful use of the property and its amenities. Any damage caused will be charged accordingly .

  • Guests must not use the premises for any illegal activities, disturb neighbours, or bring hazardous materials .

4. Cancellation & Refunds

5. Safety & Compliance

  • For the safety of all, CCTV surveillance is active in the common areas of the property, in compliance with state regulations .

  • In case of any medical emergency, contact information for the nearest medical facilities is provided.

  • The homestay is equipped with basic fire-fighting equipment as per government norms .

6. Liability

  • The management is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to guests or their personal belongings during their stay . Guests are advised to safeguard their valuables.

  • The property assumes no responsibility for delays, accidents, or changes in itinerary caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disturbances).

7. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh .
